Internship Tracks
1. Digital Content Creator (with Web Development Background)
Create and optimize engaging website content that enhances brand presence, improves user experience, and supports conversions.
Responsibilities
- Publish website content (feature pages, landing pages, microcopy, blog posts).
- Ensure UX accessibility and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Apply basic SEO and analyze results (traffic, CTR, dwell time).
- Maintain a content calendar and track performance improvements.
Requirements & Skills
- Background in web or mobile development.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools (WordPress, Contentful, Webflow).
- Strong writing, research, and communication abilities.
Preferred
- SEO tools experience (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush).
- Exposure to Git workflows or A/B testing.
2. Writer (Social & Multichannel)
Shape the brand voice across social media and owned channels, creating copy that connects and engages.
Responsibilities
- Write daily content for Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and newsletters.
- Adapt tone for audience segments and cultural trends.
- Collaborate with design and analytics teams to improve performance.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven portfolio of copywriting across formats.
- Strong storytelling, adaptability, and editing skills.
Preferred
- SEO writing and newsletter experience.
- Knowledge of tech, lifestyle, or education sectors.
3. Engagement Specialist (Community & Social Care)
Build meaningful community connections and strengthen brand trust through active engagement.
Responsibilities
- Respond to comments and DMs professionally.
- Spark conversations and monitor sentiment.
- Provide insights to content and marketing teams.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent communication and community management skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
Preferred

4. Graphic Designer (Brand & Social)
Express the brand visually across social media and web with polished, creative design.
Responsibilities
- Design graphics for campaigns, ads, and social platforms.
- Uphold brand identity and collaborate with marketing teams.
Requirements & Skills
- Proficiency in Canva (required).
- Knowledge of Figma and Photoshop (preferred).
- Strong design eye, creativity, and attention to detail.
Portfolio Guidance
- Submit 6–10 samples showcasing brand consistency.
- Provide context notes (goals, challenges, outcomes) for at least two pieces.
5. Software Developer (Full-Stack Preferred)
Support the build of performant, reliable applications and tools that power our digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop features and APIs with quality code and documentation.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience with at least two languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#).
- Understanding of databases, APIs, and agile workflows.
Primary Stack
- Front end: React/Next.js, TypeScript.
- Back end: Node.js/Express or Python/FastAPI.
- Infra: PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, AWS/GCP.
