Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to create compelling marketing materials.
• Optimise digital content for SEO and paid advertising campaigns.
• Analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, webinars, and outreach initiatives.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences.

Requirements

• BSc in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tamale, Ghana.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology sector.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles in marketing.
